The Electronic Order service gives you the opportunity to order library items which are to be delivered in advance from the library repositories.
You can find the titles you are looking for in the electronic catalogue and order those by submitting a form called ‘Order’. You will receive a reply via e-mail by the end of the next business day, which will specify:
- the building and the department of the library where you can find the ordered library items;
- whether they can be borrowed at home or used only in the library’s reading rooms;
- the period for which they will be booked for you.
The ordered library items are received on the library premises.
The service is provided to readers with an active reader subscription.
To apply for or renew your reader subscription, you need to appear in person at the library.
The library resources, depending on their status, are made available to the readers to take home or use in the reading rooms.
The periodicals (newspapers and magazines) are used only in the reading rooms.
